Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Beauty or personal care items that have been opened or used

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at romebeautyllc@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
